That is the part I never grasp. True, the local weather man can tell you about Jet Streams and wind speeds but they cannot relate it to the born-again christian. The wind of the Spirit moves the believer as they are surrendered to Him in a place of Gods will. Who can predict where God will relocate you? God knows and that is exciting and adventurous.
